Health and availability
Agreed hardware values, services, events and availability indicators are collected continuously. Thresholds are adjusted to the environment so that the system does not simply generate noise.
BR-Systems monitors and maintains agreed endpoints through one managed platform. Alerts, patches, remote access, automation and reporting are connected to named responsibilities instead of ending in another unattended dashboard.
Monitoring only creates value when a signal has an owner, a response path and evidence of what happened. The exact device groups, checks, maintenance windows and manual work included are recorded in the service agreement.
Agreed hardware values, services, events and availability indicators are collected continuously. Thresholds are adjusted to the environment so that the system does not simply generate noise.
Operating-system patches and recurring maintenance can be coordinated through policies, maintenance windows and documented exceptions. Restarts and business-critical systems remain subject to agreed controls.
Authorised remote access, inventory, scripts and software deployment reduce repetitive work while retaining role-based access and an activity trail.
BR-Systems reviews and prioritises alerts within the contracted service window. Continuous data collection does not imply 24/7 human response unless that is expressly commissioned.
Hardware, software and status information support lifecycle decisions, recurring reviews and a clearer technical baseline.
Reports focus on unresolved risk, exceptions, recurring incidents and decisions — not on presenting a large number of green indicators.
The platform can collect agreed telemetry continuously. Human handling, escalation, change approval and on-site work follow the response times and service windows stated in the contract. Third-party licences, backup capacity, project work and remediation outside the agreed scope are identified separately.
Select the number of managed workstations, notebooks and servers. The calculation runs entirely in your browser and is not transmitted automatically.
The unit price follows the total number of managed endpoints. Select a row for an example.
Workstations, notebooks and servers use the same price tier.
Indicative prices are net plus VAT. Yearly billing represents advance payment for eleven monthly units. Onboarding, third-party licences and work outside the agreed managed-service scope are quoted separately. Only an individual written proposal is binding.
Confirm devices, operating systems, critical workloads, administrators and existing support arrangements.
Define checks, patch rings, restart handling, exceptions and customer approvals.
Deploy to a representative group, verify alerts and remote support, then approve wider rollout.
Handle signals within agreed boundaries and review unresolved risks, exceptions and lifecycle decisions.
We can assess the device estate, responsibilities and sensible pilot scope in an initial consultation.
