Are you tied to specific vendors?+
No. We work with multiple vendors and disclose existing partner agreements. What matters are your requirements, existing systems, costs and clean operations.
Do you offer Microsoft 365 licences directly?+
Yes — through BR-Systems as a CSP partner. We can combine licences with Migration, security, backup and ongoing administration if required.
Is Monitoring the same as 24/7 support?+
No. The platform can collect agreed metrics around the clock. Processing and response follow the times and escalation paths defined in the service agreement.
Do you supply refurbished hardware?+
Yes. We offer tested refurbished notebooks, PCs, servers and monitors. We can configure them ready to use; stock varies — just ask for what you need.
Do you offer used firewalls with OPNsense?+
Yes, for suitable use cases. We supply tested firewall appliances and can set up OPNsense — documented and ready to operate. For core networks with higher protection requirements we still recommend Securepoint UTM.
What size of business do you typically work with?+
Our focus is SMEs, associations and organisations with a manageable IT structure — typically from a few workstations to several sites. Larger environments are supported on a project basis.

We clarify your starting point, goals and sensible next steps — without product pressure. A short initial call is usually non-binding; project and managed services are quoted transparently in advance.
On-site only, or remote as well?+
